Instructions
Cut pattern out and use to cut out felt.

Paint golf tee red (optional); let dry. Set golf tee aside. With a black marker, write “Go Fore It!” on the front centre section of golf ball; let dry. Use paintbrush and a dabbing motion to apply varnish over lettering; let dry thoroughly. Glue holly leaves below lettering, forming a U-shape. For berries, glue red pom-poms where holly leaves meet.

(Note: When gluing pom-poms together, brush fibers apart with fingers where pom-poms will meet. Use small amount of glue and squeeze pom-poms tightly until glue sets. Allow glue to dry completely before continuing.)

For gopher head/body, glue one 1” tan pom-pom on top of another. Glue body to top centre of golf ball.

For hind legs, glue two ½” tan pom-poms on lower front of body, ½” apart. Glue golf tee on top of hind legs. For each front paw, blue one ½” tan pom-pom on top of each hind leg with golf tee sandwiched in between. For tail, glue one ¼” tan pom-pom to centre lower back of body.

For facial features, glue felt teeth to lower front of head. For muzzle, glue felt two 5mm tan pom-poms side by side above teeth. For nose, glue black pom-pom above centre of muzzle. For eyes, glue black beads slightly above nose, ¼” apart.

Glue visor to top of head, overlapping ends slightly at back of head. For ears, glue two 7mm tan pom-poms on top of visor, approximately ¼” apart and 3/8” from front edge of visor.

For hanging loop, tie gold cord ends together in an overhand knot; trim ends as needed. Glue knot to top centre of gopher head between ears.
